Ingredients

  • butter
  • sirloin steak
  • kosher salt
  • coarse ground pepper

Instructions

Cut steak into bite-sized pieces, discarding excess fat. Then, sprinkle with salt and pepper, ensuring each piece is lightly coated. Next, heat 1 Tablespoon of butter in a cast iron skillet over high heat. Once hot, add a single layer of steak bites and cook undisturbed for 30–45 seconds. After that, flip and sear the other side for another 30–45 seconds. Remove to a warm plate and cover. Repeat until all steak is cooked. Finally, plate with your favorite sides and serve immediately.
